The Brief
Erie Basin is an on going development scheme, comprising of approximately 6,000m2 of offices, 194 apartments and a number of bars and restaurants. Parallel’s involvement is seen in two areas; on the residential staircases where a bespoke version of the Woodline Stairnosing FWN3 was produced to complement the Oak flooring and throughout commercial and residential flooring areas where an Aluminium threshold was used to allow transition from one floor to another of similar thickness. The Aluminium section used was the Frontier Lite LLT Twin. LLT can accommodate height variations in its base from 18mm to 25mm.
